This is a fun and exciting book for young kids, there is a bit of violence, lasers shooting at aliens' space ships, mobs attacking the TMNT and their friends, but that's all expecting with the ninja turtles, right? My 3 year old daughter loves this book, it is one of her favorite bed time stories. There is a bit of dialogue in the book, so make sure to "do the voices" to help your little one distinguish the different characters! It will also have them more interested in the book when you give it your all!

I've always found the style of animation for TMNT to be a bit on the dark side. It can appear a bit scary and sometimes creepy although my 2 1/2 year old does not seem to notice. However, Golden Book addresses this with a lighter color pallet and softer character design. It is borderline cute.

My grandson never sits still to read a book except for this book. This book is very interesting to him and he loves to get up and do the ninja moves.

Great Ninja Turtles book! My almost 3 year old loves reading this one!
